It's been a long day today~Woke up early at 8 this morning for the "must attend" strength and conditioning session but no one seems to be turned up...Guess what make me highest happiness every Friday,it's my captain sending me a msg saying that session is cancelled but thing does not always goes in the way we expected...I went for the second one which is at 9am after the earlier at 8am...i was the only guy,"enjiy Jammie" by one of my teammate before he left...A girl paired up with me and she was wearing short skirt..=.=" and i was lying under her when I was asked to do some drills.She was wearing sort of safety pant???but that didn't help much and her cute little panties keep brighting when she's running.Oh,Andy who replaced Mike that usually brings us for session giving us a good sweat in the morning.Lots of running but to be honest this was much easier than what Mike usually does for us...Finished up at quater to 10am...
What next?attended a boring till be killed lecture..i left after half an hour,i was so doubt that i did't even know what topic he was up to...bad~and then it's time to make an opportunity cost for either attend the voluntering or go for a basketball scrimmage...Eventually,i decision to throw some sweat again in the court...sorry to my basketball club president that i'd lied to u as he told I wanna pick up with my revision...after 2hours scrimmage,my nerve started to say that they aint gonna take anymore...At the first time,I was thinking not to go for the training at night...but suddenly i was so motivated by sort of spirit?I went to the training at last...before the training starts..i told my coach that I wouldn't be going to hard as my ankle not looking good...but I did't hold my word apparently...and he called me "wolverine James" as i see,he probably saying that i can self-recover...but i know he's teasing me...
Apparently,since i came back to the UK...I am doing so hard in sports and never been so intensively before...I am confussed..I should be get more involve in basketball or exercise in the age between 15-18,but definitely not now...my studies should come first...Get no reply for myself...and now,i am so sore=.="...tomorrow,going for the girls' final and another 2hours scrimmage in the evening...and 3hours the day after...haha..my weekends always fill by basketball...should i go to the gym early in the morning tomorrow???This is a good question though...haha
